Our client is a precision engineering company, supplying blue chip customers in diverse industries including aerospace with high end precision engineered parts. They now require a capable, experienced graduate level Engineer to join the business in a multi-faceted role, working with the General Manager and overseeing their precision engineering department. Ideally, you will be experienced in managing production scheduling and be comfortable overseeing a department where there are improvements to be made in line with lean manufacturing and six sigma principles. You will operate with a hands on style and a continuous improvement mentality. Ideally having operated in a private company environment, you will be able to add immediate value to the day to day operations and be able to contribute to efficiency improvements.The company is growing and there will be definite opportunities for career progression for the right individual.
