The simple truth is that most recruitment agencies do not want to stray away from the percentage fee model which has been the norm for recruitment since the sector started to gain momentum in the early 80’s. But this model is not the most cost effective model for clients.
Our fixed fee offer is simple – we can complete a full recruitment assignment for a fixed fee.
This fee is guaranteed to be more cost effective than our standard terms.
Rates for our fixed fee recruitment service are detailed below:
salary below £40,000 Fixed fee £5,995
salary between £40,001 and £55,000 Fixed fee £8,495
salary between £55,001 and £75,000 Fixed fee £10,795
salary above £75,000 Fixed fee £12,995
We will perform the whole process from writing the advert to successful appointment, without any stage missed. We will interview candidates and do everything necessary to deliver the most appropriate shortlist for your vacancy. To progress, there is an initial retainer payable of £1,500 per assignment. This is deducted from the appointment fee on completion of the assignment.
This fee deal comes with a standard 3 month free replacement guarantee. If the candidate we have placed with you leaves your employment within 13 weeks of starting, then we will re-work the search to find a replacement candidate at no extra charge.
If you would like to extend the guarantee, we can do this for you. Extensions are priced as follows:
- An additional 3 months, £1,395
- An additional 6 months, £1,995
- An additional 9 months, £2,395
